Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
This life of the world is but a pastime and a game. Lo! the home of the Hereafter - that is Life, if they but knew. 64 Now, if they embark on a boat, they call on Allah, making their devotion sincerely (and exclusively) to Him; but when He has delivered them safely to (dry) land, behold, they give a share (of their worship to others)!- 65 In order to be ungrateful for Our favours; and to use the comforts; therefore they will soon come to know. 66 Have they not seen how We have granted them a safe sanctuary, though all around them people are snatched away? Would they still believe in falsehood, and deny the favour of God? 67 And who is a greater wrong-doer than he who fabricateth a lie against Allah or belieth the truth when it cometh unto him. Will there not be in the Hell an abiding-place for the infidels? 68 And those who strive hard in us, We shall surely guide them in Our paths; verily Allah is with the welldoers. 69
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
