It is He, Who has created for you (the sense of) hearing (ears), sight (eyes), and hearts (understanding). Little thanks you give. 78 And it is He Who has spread you in the earth, and towards Him you are to be raised. 79 And He it is Who gives life and causes death, and (in) His (control) is the alternation of the night and the day; do you not then understand? 80 On the contrary they say things similar to what the ancients said. 81 They said, "When we have died and become dust and bones, are we indeed to be resurrected? 82 We and our forefathers were promised this before. This is nothing but fables of the ancients." 83 Say: "To whom belong the earth and all beings therein? (say) if ye know!" 84 They will surely say: God's. Say thou: will ye not then heed? 85 Say, "Who is Lord of the seven heavens and Lord of the Great Throne?" 86 [And] they will reply: "[All this power belongs] to God." Say: "Will you not, then, remain conscious of Him?" 87 Say: In Whose hand is the dominion over all things and He protecteth, while against Him there is no protection, if ye have knowledge? 88 They will reply spontaneously, "It is God." Ask them, "Why has falsehood bewitched you?" 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 God has not taken to Himself a son, nor is there any other deity besides Him; otherwise, each god would have walked away with what he had created. They would surely have tried to overcome one another. Glory be to God, above all that they ascribe to Him. 91 He knows both what is visible and what is not visible. Exalted is Allah above all that they associate with Him. 92
