The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 When their brother Nuh said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 "So keep your duty to Allah, fear Him and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said, "What knowledge do I have of their doings? 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 He said, “My Lord, my people have denied me.” 117 So adjudge between me and them conclusively, and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily herein is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 122
