Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, the Mighty, the most Forgiving. 66 Say thou: it is a tiding mighty. 67 Ye are therefrom averting. 68 I had no knowledge of the chiefs on high when they disputed; 69 It has not been revealed to me except that I am a clear warner." 70 When your Lord told the angels, "I will create a mortal out of clay, 71 and when I give it proper shape and blow My spirit into it, bow down in prostration to him," 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 (Allah) said: "O Iblis (Satan)! What prevents you from prostrating yourself to one whom I have created with Both My Hands. Are you too proud (to fall prostrate to Adam) or are you one of the high exalted?" 75 He said: I am better than he: me Thou hast created of fire, and him Thou hast created of clay. 76 He said: “Get out of here; surely you are accursed, 77 and My rejection shall be thy due until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected." 79 He said: Lo! thou art of those reprieved 80 Till the period of the time made known. 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 excepting those Thy servants among them that are sincere.' 83 [Allah] said, "The truth [is My oath], and the truth I say - 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 Say: I do not ask you for any reward for it; nor am I of those who affect: 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 and you will most certainly grasp its purport after a lapse of time!" 88
