The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the Event will come to pass 1 there will be nought that could give the lie to its having come to pass, 2 some shall be abased and others exalted. 3 When the earth will be shaken with a terrible shake. 4 The mountains bruised and crushed, 5 So that they become dust seattered. 6 and you shall be three bands -- 7 Those on the right hand; how happy shall those on the right hand be! 8 And (then) those on the left hand; what of those on the left hand? 9 The third to the fore shall be the foremost. 10 These will be those nearest to Allah. 11 In the gardens of bliss. 12 a good many of those of olden times, 13 and only a few of them from the later generations. 14 On couches wrought of gold, 15 Reclining on them, facing one another. 16 Immortal youths will serve them 17 Carrying bowls and pitchers – and cups filled with wine flowing before them. 18 They shall not be affected with headache thereby, nor shall they get exhausted, 19 and with fruit of any kind that they may choose, 20 and such flesh of fowl as they desire, 21 And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,- 22 beautiful as pearls hidden in their shells. 23 A reward for what they used to do. 24 They will hear no nonsense there or talk of sin, 25 Except the saying, “Peace, peace.” 26 The Companions of the Right Hand,- what will be the Companions of the Right Hand? 27 They shall be in the midst of thornless lote trees, 28 And [banana] trees layered [with fruit] 29 and shade extended, 30 and gushing water, 31 And abundant fruit, 32 never-ending and unrestricted, 33 and upraised couches. 34 and the noble maidens that We have created 35 And made them virgins. 36 The beloved of their husbands, of one age. 37 For those on the right hand; 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
