Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen the one who calls the religion a lie? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 Who are heedless of their prayer; 5 those who do good (in order) to be seen, 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

God the Almighty always says the truth.
