And certainly We conferred a favor on Musa and Haroun. 114 And saved them and their people from great distress, 115 And We helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 guided them to the right path, 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 This is how We reward the virtuous. 121 For they were two of our believing Servants. 122 And verily, Iliyas (Elias) was one of the Messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 "Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,- 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 And they denied him, so indeed, they will be brought [for punishment], 127 Except the chosen slaves of Allah. 128 And We left for him [favorable mention] among later generations: 129 'Peace be upon Elias!' 130 Thus do We reward the good-doers. 131 He was among Our believing worshipers. 132 Lot, too, was among the Messengers. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Save an old woman among those who stayed behind; 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 And most surely you pass by them in the morning, 137 And at night-time; have ye then no sense? 138

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
