The Unbelievers say: "Listen not to this Qur'an, but talk at random in the midst of its (reading), that ye may gain the upper hand!" 26 But We shall most certainly give those who are [thus] bent on denying the truth a taste of suffering severe, and We shall most certainly requite them according to the worst of their deeds! 27 That is the meed of the enemies of Allah: the Fire. Therein is their home of abidance: a meed forasmuch as Our revelations they were wont to gainsay. 28 And those who disbelieved will [then] say, "Our Lord, show us those who misled us of the jinn and men [so] we may put them under our feet that they will be among the lowest." 29 In the case of those who say, "Our Lord is Allah", and, further, stand straight and steadfast, the angels descend on them (from time to time): "Fear ye not!" (they suggest), "Nor grieve! but receive the Glad Tidings of the Garden (of Bliss), the which ye were promised! 30 We are your friends in the present life and in the world to come; therein you shall have all that your souls desire, all that you call for, 31 This is by way of hospitality from Him Who is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.” 32
