And heaven – We made it with Our Own Power and We have the Power to do so. 47 We have spread out the earth, how well We have spread it out, 48 And of everything We have created pairs; perhaps you will take heed. 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 Do not set up another god, along with God. I come from Him to warn you plainly. 51 Even so not a Messenger came to those before them but they said, 'A sorcerer, or a man possessed!' 52 What! Have they willed this utterance to one another? In fact they are a rebellious people. 53 So turn away thou from them, not thou art blameworthy. 54 But remind, the Reminder will benefit the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and mankind but that they should worship Me. 56 I do not ask any sustenance from them, nor wish that they give Me food. 57 Verily, Allah is the All-Provider, Owner of Power, the Most Strong. 58 And lo! for those who (now) do wrong there is an evil day like unto the evil day (which came for) their likes (of old); so let them not ask Me to hasten on (that day). 59 Alas the woe for those who refuse to believe in the Day which has been promised them. 60
