Didst thou (O Muhammad) observe him who turned away, 33 and gives a little, grudgingly? 34 Does he have any knowledge of the world beyond the ken of sense-perception, and therefore, clearly sees (the Truth)? 35 Has he not been made acquainted with what was written in the scriptures of Moses? 36 And of Ibrahim who faithfully fulfilled? 37 That no soul laden bears the load of another, 38 and that man shall have only that for which he strives; 39 and that [the fruit of] his striving shall soon be seen; 40 and will be fully recompensed for his deeds. 41 That to thy Lord is the final Goal; 42 that it is He who causes to laugh and causes to weep. 43 And that it is He who causes death and gives life 44 And that He createth the two spouses, the male and the female, 45 of a sperm-drop, when it was cast forth, 46 and that it is for Him to grant the second life, 47 And that it is He (Allah) Who gives much or a little (or gives wealth and contentment), 48 That He is the Lord of Sirius (the Mighty Star); 49 that He it is Who destroyed the ancient 'Ad, 50 And that Thamud! He left not. 51 and that He it is Who destroyed the people of Noah before for they were much given to iniquity and transgression. 52 just as He thrust into perdition those cities that were overthrown 53 So that (ruins unknown) have covered them up. 54 On which then of your Lord's signs do you cast doubt? 55 THIS IS a warning like those warnings of old: 56 The Hour that was to come draws ever nearer. 57 There shall be none besides Allah to remove it. 58 Do you then marvel at this discourse, 59 And you laugh, and do not weep! 60 and divert yourselves all the while? 61 So bow yourselves before God, and serve Him! ۩ 62
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: The Stars (Al-Najm). Sent down in Mecca after Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas) before He Frowned ('Abasa)

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
