The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

By the racers, panting, 1 Then those striking sparks of fire, 2 Then those that make raids at morn, 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Truly man is, to his Lord, ungrateful; 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not that, when the contents of the graves are poured forth 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
