Al-Isra 8 of 12

One day We shall call together all human beings with their (respective) Imams: those who are given their record in their right hand will read it (with pleasure), and they will not be dealt with unjustly in the least. 71 But those who were blind in this world, will be blind in the hereafter, and most astray from the Path. 72 Verily, they were about to tempt you away from that which We have revealed (the Quran) unto you (O Muhammad SAW), to fabricate something other than it against Us, and then they would certainly have taken you a friend! 73 and had We not confirmed thee, surely thou wert near to inclining unto them a very little; 74 whereupon We would have made you taste double (the chastisement) in the world and double (the chastisement) after death, and then you would have found none to help you against Us. 75 They very nearly provoked you to drive you out of the land, but they would have only lingered for a little while after you. 76 (This was Our) way with the messengers We sent before thee: thou wilt find no change in Our ways. 77
