Tell also of Moses in the Book. He was indeed a chosen one, and was a messenger and a prophet. 51 And We called to him from the blessed side of the mountain, and We made him draw nigh, holding communion (with Us). 52 And with Our mercy We bestowed upon him his brother Haroon, a Prophet. 53 And mention in the Book Ishmael; he was true to his promise, and he was a Messenger, a Prophet. 54 He bade his people to pray and to give the alms, and he was pleasing to his Lord. 55 And recite in the Book the account of Idris. He was a man of truth, a Prophet; 56 We granted him a high position. 57 These are whom Allah has blessed among the Prophets from among the seed of Adam and of those whom We bore with Noah; the descendants ofAbraham, of Israel, and of those whom We have guided and chose. For when the verses of the Merciful were recited to them, they fell down prostrate, weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ Now there hath succeeded them a later generation whom have ruined worship and have followed lusts. But they will meet deception. 59 Except those who repent and believe, and work righteousness: for these will enter the Garden and will not be wronged in the least,- 60 [theirs will be the] gardens of perpetual bliss which the Most Gracious has promised unto His servants, in a realm which is beyond the reach of human perception: [and,] verily, His promise is ever sure of fulfilment! 61 There, they shall hear no idle talk, but only peace. And there they shall be given their provision at dawn and at the evening. 62 That is Paradise which We shall give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who are godfearing. 63 (The angels will say): "(O Muhammad!) We descend not except by the command of your Lord. To Him belongs all that is before us and all that is behind us, and all that is in between. Your Lord is not forgetful in the least. 64 Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them! Therefor, worship thou Him and be thou steadfast in His service. Knowest thou one that can be named along with Him? 65
