Do you not see that We have appointed devils to incite those who deny the truth to disobedience? 83 So make no haste against them, for We but count out to them a (limited) number (of days). 84 On the day when We shall assemble the righteous towards the Most Gracious, as guests. 85 and drive those who were lost in sin unto hell as a thirsty herd is driven to a well 86 People do not own the right to intercede, except those* who have made a covenant with the Most Gracious. (* The Holy Prophets and virtuous people will be given the permission to intercede. Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him – will be the first to intercede.) 87 And they say: 'The Merciful has taken a son' 88 Surely, you have brought a monstrous thing! 89 the heavens might well-nigh burst thereat, and the earth break asunder, and the mountains fall down in pieces, 90 That they ascribe a son to the Beneficent Allah. 91 And it does not befit the Most Gracious to choose an offspring! 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 indeed, He has full cognizance of them, and has numbered them with [unfailing] numbering; 94 Everyone on the Day of Judgment will individually come into the presence of God. 95 To the righteously striving believers God will grant love. 96 and only to this end have We made this [divine writ] easy to understand, in thine own tongue, [O Prophet,] so that thou might convey thereby a glad tiding to the God-conscious, and warn thereby those who are given to [futile] contention: 97 How many generations living before them did We destroy? Do you find anyone of them around or do you even hear any word from them? 98
