The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

By the time (of the advent of Islam), 1 that man is surely in a state of loss, 2 unless he be of those who attain to faith, and do good works, and enjoin upon one another the keeping to truth, and enjoin upon one another patience in adversity. 3

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
