And recite in the Book the account of Moses. He was a chosen one, a Messenger, a Prophet. 51 We called him from the right side of the Mount, and brought him close for communion; 52 Out of Our mercy We gave him his brother Aaron who himself was a Prophet. 53 And mention Ismail in the Book; surely he was truthful in (his) promise, and he was an apostle, a prophet. 54 He would order his people to worship God and pay the religious tax. His Lord was pleased with him. 55 And mention thou in the book ldris, verily he was a man of truth, a prophet. 56 And We raised him to a high station. 57 THESE WERE some of the prophets upon whom God bestowed His blessings - [prophets] of the seed of Adam and of those whom We caused to be borne [in the ark] with Noah, and of the seed of Abraham and Israel and [all of them were] among those whom We had guided and elected; [and] whenever the messages of the Most Gracious were conveyed unto them, they would fall down [before Him,] prostrating themselves and weeping. ۩ 58 ۞ Then there succeeded after them a succession who wasted the prayer, and followed lusts; so they shall encounter error 59 except he who repents and believes and does good works; those shall be admitted to Paradise and shall not be wronged in any way. 60 Everlasting Gardens of Eden, which the Most Gracious has promised to His bondmen in the unseen; indeed His promise will come. 61 They will not hear any lewd talk in it, but only Peace; and in it for them is sustenance, every morning and evening. 62 Such is the Garden which We give as an inheritance to those of Our servants who guard against Evil. 63 We (angels) come not down save by commandment of thy Lord. Unto Him belongeth all that is before us and all that is behind us and all that is between those two, and thy Lord was never forgetful - 64 And thy Lord is never forgetful, Lord He of the heavens and earth and all that is between them. So serve Him, and be thou patient in His service; knowest thou any that can be named with His Name? 65
