Al-Sharrhh
Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ Have We not opened forth for thee thy breast? 1 And removed your burden 2 Which had broken your back? 3 And [have We not] raised thee high in dignity? 4 But lo! with hardship goeth ease, 5 Verily, with the hardship, there is relief (i.e. there is one hardship with two reliefs, so one hardship cannot overcome two reliefs). 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 And incline towards your Lord. 8
Almighty God's Truth.
