The Elephant (Al-Feel)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Have you (O Muhammad (Peace be upon him)) not seen how your Lord dealt with the Owners of the Elephant? [The elephant army which came from Yemen under the command of Abrahah Al-Ashram intending to destroy the Ka'bah at Makkah]. 1 Did He not put their scheme into ruin? 2 Thus, He let loose upon them great swarms of flying creatures 3 Striking them with stones of hard clay, 4 and caused them to become like a field of grain that has been eaten down to stubble 5
