And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 We were promised this before, and so were our fathers. It is but the fictitious story of the ancients' 68 Say to them (O Muhammad SAW) "Travel in the land and see how has been the end of the criminals (those who denied Allah's Messengers and disobeyed Allah)." 69 And grieve not over them or be in distress from what they conspire. 70 And they say, "When is [the fulfillment of] this promise, if you should be truthful?" 71 Say, "Perhaps some of the things which you wish to experience immediately are very close to you." 72 And surely your Lord is the Lord of grace to men, but most of them are not grateful. 73 Lo! thy Lord knoweth surely all that their bosoms hide, and all that they proclaim. 74 And there is nothing hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a clear Record. 75 Surely this Quran declares to the children of Israel most of what they differ in. 76 and, verily, it is a guidance and a grace unto all who believe [in it]. 77 Surely thy Lord will decide between them by His Judgment; He is the All-mighty, the All-knowing. 78 so put your trust in God. Surely you are on the path of manifest truth. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 just as thou canst not lead the blind [of heart] out of their error; none canst thou make hear save such as [are willing to] believe in Our messages, and thus surrender themselves unto Us. 81 ۞ And when the word is fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth to speak unto them because mankind had not faith in Our revelations. 82
