Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)
8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Have We not expanded thee thy breast?- 1 And We have taken off from thee thy burthen, 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And We have exalted your remembrance for you. 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 indeed, hardship is followed by ease! 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 And strive to please thy Lord. 8
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
