The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Scale 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 He is in the lap of one that abases. 9 And what will explain to thee what this is? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11
