We also bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron: 114 and We saved them with their nation from a great distress. 115 We helped them and they were victorious. 116 and We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 and preserved for them a good name among posterity. 119 Peace be upon Moses and Aaron. 120 Even thus do We reward the doers of good. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 “What! You worship Baal (an idol) and leave the Best Creator?” – 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your ancestors of yore.” 126 They denied him, and will surely be brought to punishment, 127 Save single-minded slaves of Allah. 128 And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 129 'Peace be upon El Yaseen' 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 Lot was certainly a Messenger. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman (his wife) who was among those who remained behind. 135 Then We utterly destroyed the rest of them. 136 and you pass by them in the morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
