The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 but he whose scales weigh lighter, 8 His refuge will be an abyss. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 (It is) a Fire Blazing fiercely! 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
