And unto Allah belongeth the Sovereignty of the heavens and the earth; and on the day when the Hour riseth, on that day those who follow falsehood will be lost. 27 And thou wilt see each nation crouching, each nation summoned to its record. (And it will be said unto them): This day ye are requited what ye used to do. 28 This is Our Book, that speaks against you the truth; We have been registering all that you were doing.' 29 So, those who believed and did good things will be admitted to His favour by their Lord. This will be a clear triumph. 30 And to those who disbelieved, it will be said “Was it not that Our verses were recited to you? In response you were haughty and were a guilty people.” 31 When it was said that the promise of God is true and that the Hour would inevitably come, you said, "We do not know what the Hour of Doom is, we are suspicious about it and we are not convinced". 32 The evil of what they had done will become clear to them, and they will be seized by what they had scorned. 33 And it will be said, "Today We will forget you as you forgot the meeting of this Day of yours, and your refuge is the Fire, and for you there are no helpers. 34 You reached this end because you made Allah's Signs an object of jest and the life of the world deluded you.” So they shall not be taken out of the Fire nor shall they be asked to make amends (and thus please their Lord). 35 All praise, then, unto Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the earth, Lord of the worlds. 36 And to Him belongs greatness in the heavens and the earth, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 37
