The Mountain (Al-Toor)
49 verses, revealed in Mecca after Prostration (Al-Sajdah) before Kingship (Al-Mulk)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the mount 1 And by oath of a passage, written – 2 In parchment unrolled. 3 And by oath of the Inhabited House. 4 and by the lofty vault of the sky, 5 And the swollen sea, 6 VERILY, [O man,] the suffering decreed by thy Sustainer [for the sinners] will indeed come to pass: 7 there is none to prevent it. 8 On the Day whereon the heaven will shake with an awful shaking. 9 And the mountains shall pass away passing away (altogether). 10 Then woe that Day to those that treat (Truth) as Falsehood;- 11 Those who are playing in pursuits. 12 on that Day they shall be ruthlessly thrust into the Fire of Hell. 13 This is the Fire which you used to belie. 14 Is this, then, any feat of magic or are you unable to see? 15 Roast in it. Bear it with patience or impatience, it will be the same for you. You will be requited for what you had done." 16 Surely those who guard (against evil) shall be in gardens and bliss 17 Delighted at the bestowal of their Lord; and their Lord has saved them from the fire. 18 [They will be told], "Eat and drink in satisfaction for what you used to do." 19 The God-fearing shall be reclining on couches facing each other, and We shall wed them to maidens with large, beautiful eyes. 20 And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith - We will join with them their descendants, and We will not deprive them of anything of their deeds. Every person, for what he earned, is retained. 21 We shall give them fruits and meat as they desire. 22 There they shall pass from hand to hand a (wine) cup, free from any Laghw (dirty, false, evil vague talk between them), and free from sin (because it will be legal for them to drink). 23 ۞ They will be served by youths who will be as beautiful as pearls. 24 And some of them draw near to others, questioning. 25 Saying: Lo! of old, when we were with our families, we were ever anxious; 26 but Allah has been gracious to us and has protected us from the punishment of the burning wind. 27 “Indeed we used to worship Him in our previous life; indeed He only is the Benign, the Most Merciful.” 28

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
