۞ And We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Journey along with My bondmen within the night, for you will be pursued.” 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 We are warning all of you about them." 56 So We turned them out of gardens and springs, 57 their treasures and their noble dwellings -- 58 Thus (were those things taken from them) and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two groups saw each other, those with Moosa said, “They have caught us.” 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 Then We brought the two parties closer. 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
