Thou art not upon any occupation, neither recitest thou any Koran of it, nor do you any work, without that We are witnesses over you when you press on it; and not so much as the weight of an ant in earth or heaven escapes from thy Lord, neither is aught smaller than that, or greater, but in a Manifest Book. 61 Lo! verily the friends of Allah are (those) on whom fear (cometh) not, nor do they grieve? 62 Those who believe and keep their duty (to Allah). 63 There are good tidings for them in the life of this world and in the Hereafter; the Words of Allah cannot change; this is the supreme success. 64 And let not their speech grieve thee (O Muhammad). Lo! power belongeth wholly to Allah. He is the Hearer, the Knower. 65 Surely, all who are in the heavens and on the earth belong to Him. What do those follow, who appeal to associates instead of to God? They merely follow conjecture and they are only guessing. 66 It is He who made for you the night to repose in it, and the day, to see; surely in that are signs for a people who have ears. 67 [And yet] they assert, "God has taken unto Himself a son!" Limitless is He in His glory! Self-sufficient is He: unto Him belongs all that is in the heavens and all that is on earth! No evidence whatever have you for this [assertion]! Would you ascribe unto God something which you cannot know? 68 Say: 'Those who forge falsehoods against Allah shall not prosper' 69 A brief enjoyment in this world! - and then unto Us will be their return, then We shall make them taste the severest torment because they used to disbelieve [in Allah, belie His Messengers, deny and challenge His Ayat (proofs, signs, verses, etc.)]. 70
