We built the universe with Our might, giving it its vast expanse. 47 And We have spread out the (spacious) earth: How excellently We do spread out! 48 And of everything created We two kinds; haply you will remember. 49 (Muhammad), tell them,"Seek refuge in God. I have been sent from Him to plainly warn you. 50 And set not any other god along with Allah; lo! I am a plain warner unto you from Him. 51 Even so there came no messenger unto those before them but they said: A wizard or a madman! 52 Have they bequeathed it unto each other! Nay! they are a people contumacious. 53 So turn your attention away from them; you shall incur no blame. 54 And remind; the Reminder profits the believers. 55 And I have not created the jinn and the men except that they should serve Me. 56 I seek no sustenance from them, nor do I want them to feed Me -- 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 The evildoers shall have for their portion, a portion like their companions (who were destroyed before them). Therefore, they should not ask Us to hasten! 59 Woe, then, betide those who disbelieved in that Day of theirs which they are being asked to hold in dread. 60
