The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

WHEN THE WORLD is shaken up by its cataclysm, 1 And the earth discharges its burdens 2 And man saith: What aileth her? 3 On that Day it shall proclaim its news, 4 for your Lord will have revealed to it. 5 That Day mankind will proceed in scattered groups that they may be shown their deeds. 6 Then whosoever hath worked good of an atom's weight shall behold it 7 And he who has done an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
