With power did We construct the heaven. Verily, We are Able to extend the vastness of space thereof. 47 And the earth – We spread it out, and how well have We smoothed it! 48 And of every thing We have created pairs: That ye may receive instruction. 49 Flee, therefore, to Allah. Surely I am a clear warner to you from Him; 50 And set not up another god with Allah; verily I am unto you from Him a warner manifest. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Is this the legacy they have passed down from one to the other? In fact, they are a rebellious people. 53 So turn away from them, you shall not be blamed, 54 But teach (thy Message) for teaching benefits the Believers. 55 I have only created Jinns and men, that they may serve Me. 56 I do not desire from them any sustenance and I do not desire that they should feed Me. 57 God is certainly the great provider, Lord of strength and power. 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 So ruin is for disbelievers, from their day – which they are promised. 60
