He it is Who hath created for you ears and eyes and hearts. Small thanks give ye! 78 It is He who multiplied you on the earth, and it will be before Him that you will be gathered. 79 And it is He who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of the night and the day. Then will you not reason? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what their predecessors of yore had said. 81 They say: "What! when we die and become dust and bones, could we really be raised up again? 82 "Verily, this we have been promised, we and our fathers before (us)! This is only the tales of the ancients!" 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 [And they will reply: "Unto God." Say: "Will you not, then, bethink yourselves [of Him]?" 85 Ask them, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Great Throne?" 86 They will say: 'Allah' Say: 'Will you not be cautious' 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say, "[All belongs] to Allah." Say, "Then how are you deluded?" 89 Nay! We have brought to them the truth, and most surely they are liars. 90 Allah hath not chosen any son, nor is there any god along with Him; else would each god have assuredly championed that which he created, and some of them would assuredly have overcome others. Glorified be Allah above all that they allege. 91 Knower of the unseen and the seen, Exalted is He above that which they associate! 92
