The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

I CALL TO witness the chargers, snorting, rushing to battle before the others, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 by the dawnraiders, 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Indeed, the human is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 And there shall be brought to light that which is in the breasts? 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
