Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

YOU ARE OBSESSED by greed for more and more 1 Till you reach the grave. 2 Nay, in time you will come to understand! 3 Indeed you will come to know soon. 4 Nay! If you knew with a sure knowledge (the end result of piling up, you would not have occupied yourselves in worldly things) 5 you would see the fire of Hell. 6 Again, ye shall see it with certainty of sight! 7 Then on that Day you shall be questioned about your worldly favours. 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
