No, by the moon! 32 And the night when on the wane, 33 By the dawn when it lightens! 34 Indeed, the Fire is of the greatest [afflictions] 35 a warning to humankind, 36 For the one among you who wishes to come forward or stay back. 37 Every soul is held in pledge against its own deeds, 38 save those who shall have attained to righteousness: 39 in Gardens they will question 40 about the guilty ones: 41 "What has caused you to enter Hell?" 42 They will answer: We were not of those who prayed 43 and neither did we feed the needy; 44 "But we used to talk vanities with vain talkers; 45 and belied the Day of Recompense 46 till the certainty (death) overtook us' 47 Then there will not profit them intercesion of the interceders. 48 Why now turn they away from the Admonishment, 49 As if they were alarmed donkeys 50 Fleeing from a hunter, or a lion, or a beast of prey. 51 Forsooth, each one of them wants to be given scrolls (of revelation) spread out! 52 By no means! But they fear not the Hereafter, 53 but this is truly a reminder. 54 Then whoever wills will remember it. 55 And they will not heed unless Allah willeth (it). He is the fount of fear. He is the fount of Mercy. 56
True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir). Sent down in Mecca after Unknown Person (Al-Muzzammil) before The Key (Al-Faatehah)

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
