Everyone upon the earth will perish, 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 28 Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)! 29 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 30 Anon We shall direct Ourselves to you, O ye two classes. 31 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 34 There will be sent, against you both, heat of fire and flash of brass, and ye will not escape. 35 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 36 And when heaven is split asunder, and turns crimson like red leather -- 37 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 38 On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of his sin. 39 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 42 This is Hell, which the criminals deny. 43 They will go around between it and scalding water, heated [to the utmost degree]. 44 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 45
