Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2

I do not need to swear by what you see 38 And what ye see not, 39 That this is verily the word of an honoured messenger; 40 And not the word of a poet. How little is it that you believe! 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 This is the Revelation sent down from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would have definitely taken revenge from him. 45 And then severed his life-vein. 46 Nor could any of you withhold him (from Our wrath). 47 It is really a reminder for those who fear God and follow the straight path. 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 And lo! it is indeed an anguish for the disbelievers. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
