The Key (Al-Faatehah)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Hidden Secret (Al-Muddath-thir) before Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful 1

ALL PRAISE BE to Allah, Lord of all the worlds, 2 The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, 3 Lord of the Day of Judgement. 4 Thee alone do we worship and of Thee alone do we seek help, 5 Guide us (O Lord) to the path that is straight, 6 The way of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed Thy blessings, not of those who have been condemned [by Thee,] nor of those who go astray! 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
