3/4 Hizb 45

Noah called to Us; and how excellent were the Answerers! 75 We rescued him and his people from the greatest affliction 76 and We made his offspring the only survivors. 77 And We let it remain upon him in the latter: 78 Peace be unto Noah among the peoples! 79 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 80 He is indeed one of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 81 We drowned the rest. 82 ۞ And lo! of his persuasion verily was Abraham 83 When he came to his Lord with a pure heart [attached to Allah Alone and none else, worshipping none but Allah Alone true Islamic Monotheism, pure from the filth of polytheism]. 84 When he said unto his father and his folk: What is it that ye worship? 85 "Is it a falsehood aliha (gods) other than Allah that you seek? 86 What then is your opinion of the Lord of the Worlds? 87 Then did he cast a glance at the Stars. 88 and said, "I am sick!" 89 So turning their backs, they went away from him. 90 Then did he turn to their gods and said, "will ye not eat (of the offerings before you)?... 91 “What is the matter with you, that you do not say anything?” 92 Then did he turn upon them, striking (them) with the right hand. 93 His people came rushing towards him, 94 "Why do you worship these you carve yourselves," he asked, 95 when it is Allah who created you and all that you do' 96 They exclaimed: "Build a pyre for him, and cast him into the blazing fire!" 97 And they designed a snare for him, but We made them the undermost. 98 And he said: verily I am going to my Lord who will guide me. 99 Abraham prayed, "Lord, grant me a righteous son". 100 So We gave him good tidings of a forbearing boy. 101 When his son was old enough to work with him, he said, "My son, I have had a dream that I must sacrifice you. What do you think of this?" He replied, "Father, fulfill whatever you are commanded to do and you will find me patient, by the will of God". 102 So when they both submitted and he threw him down upon his forehead, 103 And We called out to him saying: O Ibrahim! 104 Of a surety thou hast fulfilled the vision. Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 105 It was certainly an open trial. 106 And We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, 107 and We preserved for him a good name among posterity. 108 Peace be on Ibrahim. 109 This is how We reward the virtuous. 110 for he was truly one of our believing servants. 111 And We gave him good tidings of Isaac, a prophet from among the righteous. 112 And We blessed him and Is-haq; and of their offspring are some well-doers and some who wrong themselves manifestly. 113
