The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

WHEN THE EARTH quakes with her [last] mighty quaking, 1 And the earth bringeth forth her burthens, 2 And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" - 3 That Day it will declare its information (about all what happened over it of good or evil). 4 as thy Sustainer will have inspired her to do! 5 On that Day people will go forth in varying states so that they be shown their deeds. 6 So, whoever does an atom's weight of good shall see it; 7 and whoever does an atom's weight of evil shall see it. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
