Do you not see that We have sent the devils upon the disbelievers, inciting them to [evil] with [constant] incitement? 83 So hasten thou not against them; We are only numbering for them a number. 84 On the Day when We shall gather the Godconscious unto [Us,] the Most Gracious, as honoured guests, 85 And shall drive the culprits to Hell as a herd. 86 No one will have power to intercede, except for those who have permission from the Lord of Mercy. 87 And they say: The Beneficent hath taken unto Himself a son. 88 This is certainly a monstrous lie! 89 The heavens are wellnigh rent of it and the earth split asunder, and the mountains wellnigh fall down crashing for 90 That men should ascribe a son to the Most Gracious, 91 When it is not meet for (the Majesty of) the Beneficent that He should choose a son. 92 All those who are in the heavens and the earth will come to the Most Gracious as His bondmen. 93 He has counted them and numbered them precisely, 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 Indeed, the Most Compassionate Lord will soon create enduring love for those who believe and do righteous works. 96 We have made it [the Quran] easy, in your own language [Prophet], so that you may convey glad news to the righteous and give warning to a stubborn people. 97 And how many a generation We destroyed before them! Dost thou perceive so much as one of them, or hear of them a whisper? 98
