Al-Naml 6 of 7
And those who disbelieve say, "When we have become dust as well as our forefathers, will we indeed be brought out [of the graves]? 67 "It is true we were promised this,- we and our fathers before (us): these are nothing but tales of the ancients." 68 Say thou: travel in the land and behold what like hath been the end of the culprits. 69 And grieve not for them and be not distressed because of what they plan. 70 And they say, “When will this promise come, if you are truthful?” 71 Say: 'It may be that riding behind you already is some part of that you seek to hasten on. 72 And verily thine Lord is full of grace for mankind, but most of them give not thanks. 73 Surely thy Lord knows what their hearts conceal, and what they publish. 74 And there is nothing concealed in the heaven and the earth but it is in a clear book. 75 Verily this Qur'an doth explain to the Children of Israel most of the matters in which they disagree. 76 it is a guidance, and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Lo! thy Lord will judge between them of His wisdom, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 78 So you place your trust in God. Certainly you stand on positive truth. 79 Indeed, you will not make the dead hear, nor will you make the deaf hear the call when they have turned their backs retreating. 80 nor can you guide the blind out of their error. You can make only those hear you who believe in Our revelations and surrender themselves to Us. 81 ۞ And when the Word falls on them, We will bring out from the earth a beast that shall speak to them: 'Indeed the people were not certain of Our verses.' 82

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
