Tell them, (O Prophet): “I am nothing but a warner. There is no deity but Allah, the One, the Supreme, 65 Lord of the heavens and earth, and of what between them is, the All-mighty, the All-forgiving.' 66 Say: 'This is a mighty message 67 from which you are turning away. 68 [Say, O Muhammad:] "No knowledge would I have had of [what passed among] the host on high when they argued [against the creation of man,] 69 This alone is revealed to me, I am only a clear warner' 70 When your Lord said to the angels: “Verily I am creating a human being from clay. 71 Then when I have formed him and breathed into him of My spirit, fall down before him prostrate. 72 So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely. 73 but not Satan, who was too proud. He became one of those who deny the truth. 74 Said He: "O Iblis! What has kept thee from prostrating thyself before that [being] which I have created with My hands? Art thou too proud [to bow down before another created being,] or art thou of those who think [only] of themselves as high?" 75 He said, "I am better than him. You have created me from fire and him out of clay". 76 (God) said: "Then go hence, ostracised. 77 "And My curse shall be on thee till the Day of Judgment." 78 Said he, 'My Lord, respite me till the day they shall be raised.' 79 [Allah] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved 80 Until the Day of the time well-known." 81 (Iblis) said: “By Your glory, I shall mislead them all 82 Save Thy bondmen among them Sincere. 83 God said, "This is the truth, I speak only the truth, 84 "That I will certainly fill Hell with thee and those that follow thee,- every one." 85 (Muhammad), say, "I do not ask any reward for my preaching to you for I am not a pretender. 86 "This is no less than a Message to (all) the Worlds. 87 you shall before long know its truth." 88
