O My bondmen! no fear shall be on you Today, nor shall ye grieve 68 [O you] who have attained to faith in Our messages and have surrendered your own selves unto Us! 69 'Enter Paradise, you and your wives, walking with joy!' 70 To them will be passed round, dishes and goblets of gold: there will be there all that the souls could desire, all that their eyes could delight in: and ye shall abide therein (for eye). 71 This is the Garden which ye have been made to inherit for that which ye have been working. 72 Therein you have abundant fruits, whereof you may eat.' 73 The criminals will live forever in the torment of hell. Their torment will not be relieved and they will despair of escaping. 74 Nowise will the (Punishment) be lightened for them, and in despair will they be there overwhelmed. 75 And We did not oppress them at all, but they themselves were unjust. 76 And they will cry: "O thou [angel] who rulest [over hell]! Let thy Sustainer put an end to us!" [whereupon] he will reply: "Verily, you must live on [in this state] 77 We had certainly brought you the truth, but most of you, to the truth, were averse. 78 Why - can they [who deny the truth ever] determine what [the truth] should be? 79 Do they think We do not hear their secret and that which they conspire! Yes, indeed Our angels, who are present with them write it down. 80 Say, "If the All Merciful had a son, I would be the first to worship him." 81 Hallowed be the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of the Throne, from that which they ascribe! 82 So leave them to babble and play (with vanities) until they meet that Day of theirs, which they have been promised. 83 for [then they will come to know that] it is He [alone] who is God in heaven and God on earth, and [that] He alone is truly wise, all-knowing. 84 And Most Auspicious is He, for Whom is the kingship of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; and only with Him is the knowledge of the Last Day; and towards Him you are to return. 85 And those whom they invoke instead of Him have no power of intercession; except those who bear witness to the truth (i.e. believed in the Oneness of Allah, and obeyed His Orders), and they know (the facts about the Oneness of Allah). 86 And if thou ask them who created them, they will surely say: Allah. How then are they turned away? 87 And for his saying: 'My Lord, these are an unbelieving nation' 88 Indulge them, (O Prophet), and say to them: “Peace to you.” For soon they shall come to know. 89
