۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 no one can touch it except the purified ones. 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
