The Splitting (Al-Inshiqaaq)
25 verses, revealed in Mecca after Shattering (Al-Infitaar) before The Romans (Al-Room)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ WHEN THE SKY is cleft asunder, 1 And has responded to its Lord and was obligated [to do so] 2 And when the earth shall be stretched forth. 3 And hath cast out all that was in her, and is empty 4 And it hearkeneth to its Lord, and is duteous. 5 O man! Verily, you are returning towards your Lord with your deeds and actions (good or bad), a sure returning, so you will meet (i.e. the results of your deeds which you did). 6 Then whoso is given his account in his right hand 7 Soon will his account be taken by an easy reckoning, 8 And he will turn to his people, rejoicing! 9 But whoso is given his account behind his back, 10 Soon will he cry for perdition, 11 And be thrown to scorching fire. 12 Once, he lived joyfully among his family 13 He assumed that he does not have to return. 14 But no; (how would he not revert)? His Lord was ever watching him. 15 I swear by the twilight; 16 and the night and what it envelops 17 And by the moon when it is at the full, 18 [That] you will surely experience state after state. 19 What is the matter with them, that they believe not? 20 and when the Koran is recited to them they do not bow? ۩ 21 In fact the unbelievers disavow. 22 and God knows very well what they are secreting. 23 Therefore give to them glad tidings of a painful punishment, 24 except the righteously striving believers, who will receive a never-ending reward. 25
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
