In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
I CALL TO WITNESS those who are sent consecutively, 1 Have We not made the earth a repository 2 Consider these [messages] that spread [the truth] far and wide, 3 And those that distinguish distinctly, 4 by those who bring down the reminder, 5 By way of excuse or warning. 6 Verily that which ye are promised is about to befall. 7 When the stars are extinguished, 8 and when the sky is rent asunder, 9 And when the mountains are blown away; 10 And when the time comes for messengers to meet -- 11 to what day shall they be deferred? 12 Nor given leave to make excuses. 13 Would that you knew about the Day of Judgment! 14 Woe on that Day unto those who give the lie to the truth! 15 Did We not destroy the ancients? 16 And We shall let them be followed by those of later times: 17 In this wise We do with the culprits. 18 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 19 "Eat and drink with relish as reward for what you had done." 20 which We then placed in a secure repository 21 for an appointed term? 22 Thus have We determined [the nature of man's creation]: and excellent indeed is Our power to determine [what is to be]! 23 Woe on that Day to those that give the lie to the Truth! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle. 25 for both the living and the dead? 26 And We placed high mountains as anchors in it and gave you sweet water to drink. 27 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 28 "Go to what you used to deny; 29 Depart to a triple-massing shadow 30 "Neither shading, nor of any use against the fierce flame of the Fire." 31 which - behold! - will throw up sparks like [burning] logs, 32 and yellow camels. 33 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 34 This is a day wherein they speak not, 35 nor shall they be given permission, so that they can apologize. 36 Woe on that Day to those who belied it! 37 Such is the Day of Decision. We will gather you with the ancients. 38 and if you [think that you] have a subterfuge left, try to outwit Me!" 39 Ah woe, that Day, to the Rejecters of Truth! 40

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
