The Key (Al-Faatehah)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate 1

All praise is due to God alone, the Sustainer of all the worlds, 2 The Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. 3 Sovereign of the Day of Recompense. 4 Thee do we worship, and Thine aid we seek. 5 Guide us Thou unto the path straight 6 The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace, not (the way) of those who earned Your Anger, nor of those who went astray. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
