Have you not seen how those who dispute the signs of God are turned away? 69 Those who reject the Book and that with which We have sent Our Apostle; but they shall soon come to know, 70 when fetters and chains shall be on their necks, and they shall be dragged into 71 In the boiling water, then they will be burned in the Fire. 72 Then it will be said unto them: where are those whom ye have been associating? 73 "In derogation of Allah?" They will reply: "They have left us in the lurch: Nay, we invoked not, of old, anything (that had real existence)." Thus does Allah leave the Unbelievers to stray. 74 That is because you exulted in the land unjustly and because you behaved insolently. 75 "Enter ye the gates of Hell, to dwell therein: and evil is (this) abode of the arrogant!" 76 HENCE, remain thou patient in adversity - for, verily, God's promise always comes true. And whether We show thee [in this world] something of what We hold in store for those [deniers of the truth,] or whether We cause thee to die [ere that retribution takes place - know that, in the end,] it is unto Us that they will be brought back. 77 Surely We have sent apostles before you, some of whose account We have related to you, and that of some We have not told you. But no apostle was given a miracle unless God dispensed. But when the decree of God comes the sentence is passed with justice; and the lovers of vice and vanity will then come to grief. 78
