Lo, the Tree of Ez-Zakkoum 43 The food of sinners. 44 Like molten copper boiling in the belly 45 Like the boiling of scalding water. 46 'Take him, and thrust him into the midst of Hell, 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 "Taste thou (this)! Truly wast thou mighty, full of honour! 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 Verily the God-fearing will be in a place secure 51 Amid gardens and watersprings, 52 Dressed in brocade and shot silk, facing one another. 53 Just like that. We shall pair them with companions with large black eyes. 54 They call therein for every fruit in safety. 55 They will never taste death therein except the first death (of this world), and He will save them from the torment of the blazing Fire, 56 By the beneficence of your Lord. This will be the great success. 57 (O Prophet), We have made this Book easy in your tongue so that they may take heed. 58 Wait (for God's decree) and they too will be waiting. 59
