The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Glorify the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 Who has created (all things) proportionately, 2 Who determines and directs, 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 Then reduces them to rusty rubbish. 5 We shall make you recite (the Qur'an) so that you will not forget it, 6 unless God wills it to be otherwise. He knows all that is made public and all that remains hidden. 7 We shall ease thee unto the Easing. 8 Therefore, keep on preaching as long as it is of benefit. 9 He will heed who feareth, 10 And the most unfortunate one will avoid it, 11 who will enter the Great Fire, 12 Then he will neither die in it, nor live. 13 Prosperous is he who has cleansed himself, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But nay, [O men,] you prefer the life of this world, 16 and the world to come is better, and more enduring. 17 Verily! This is in the former Scriptures, 18 the scrolls of Abraham and Moses. 19
Almighty Allah's Truth.
